Yoga Classes for Pregnancy in Adelaide

Monday evenings 6:30-8:00pm - starting from term 1 2016 the class times will change to Monday evenings 7-8:15pm.

Set in a relaxed, supportive and friendly atmosphere, these prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you and your growing baby whilst also providing an opportunity for reflection and relaxation. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Pregnancy affects all layers of the human system, not least the physical body.

Yoga during pregnancy provides women with an opportunity to connect with their body, breath and mind, helping them embrace and accept the changes they experience on their journey to motherhood with an open and positive attitude.

Using a variety of yoga tools including asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises), these prenatal yoga classes will provide holistic preparation and support for pregnancy, birth and motherhood and provide an opportunity to meet and share with other pregnant women.

About the teacher

Polly studied yoga for pregnancy during her teacher training and also practised yoga throughout her own two pregnancies. She has first-hand experience of each stage of pregnancy and how yoga can be adapted to support women on their journey to motherhood. Read more about Polly here.

No credit or refund for missed classes, unless classes are cancelled.

Classes may be made up by attending other classes within the same term.
