"I would not have credited so much to one yoga class a week. However since not attending classes last term, nor walking, I have stacked on weight around my middle and normally low key joint problems have increased. Hence coming back is a necessity! (adding some walking for aerobic fitness will need to be factored in too). I appreciate your explanation of postures and how muscles are working. Your explanation of three levels of breathing is something I've incorporated with clients as they learn about mindfulness. Looking forward to being back on a regular basis."

Term fees are payable within the first 2 weeks of term, after this casual fees will apply.

No credit or refund for missed classes, unless classes are cancelled.

Classes may be made up by attending other classes within the same term.
